We would like to inform all visitors of the website that Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, called the “Personal data protection code” (hereinafter referred to as the “Code” provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regards to the processing of personal data.

Plose ATE, in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”) uses the website not only as means for providing information on its activities, but also as a tool for collecting personal data.
In accordance with the cited law, the processing of such data will be carried out based on principles of honesty, lawfulness, and transparency and protection of the confidentiality and rights of website visitors.

During the time that visitors spend on the website, the Data Controller’s computer system will collect a series of technical data such as: the IP address, browser type, operating system, host, and the originating URL. The Data Controller may use this data, in an aggregate and anonymous form, to perform statistical analysis on website access. This data will not, under any circumstances, be disclosed to third parties or disseminated.

As far as email messages, sending explicit requests for information and services are concerned, the Data Controller will, in compliance with the code, collect the voluntarily submitted personal data (including your email address), handling its subsequent filing (using paper, IT, electronic aids), for purposes that comply with the interactions manifested by the Visitor and for the period of time necessary to check and evaluate the indications provided, for the purpose of exchanging information or contacts.

The processing performed will only concern ordinary data. The presence of any data that qualifies as “sensitive” (in accordance with art. 4 of the Code), will result in the immediate destruction of the relevant message, announcement, or communication provided by visitors.

The data collected in the special website sections may be communicated to other parties in order to fulfil any requests made and to fulfil tax and legal obligations in general, including relations with any accounting advisors.
In such cases, your consent will always be requested beforehand, and can be provided on line by ticking a box.

Visitors should be aware of the fact that, as regards the transmission of information over the internet, the company shall only be required to properly implement the security measures provided for in current regulations.
