Entry of trips on the permit

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, for every single or multiple-trip permit with a total mass exceeding 44 t (i.e., in the case of road‑wear charges, i.e. overweight permits), pursuant to Article 16, Paragraph 12 of the Italian Highway Code (Codice della Strada), the departure and arrival dates as well as the respective times must be duly recorded for each individual trip.

According to Article 16, Paragraph 12 of the Implementing Regulations of the Italian Highway Code, the absence of such an entry is considered equivalent to the permit not being validly issued.
